Great & easy breakfast all the time

These are the best Bagels out there, they are not heavy or chewy. Great tasting, no other bagels compare. Highly recommended. They are superior to all the rest. Even better fresh out of the oven. Enjoy.

We have been coming here for years, never disappointed. Our Family visits often from out of town always order a few dozen bagels to take home. Super friendly.

Called in advance and walked in and waited 13 seconds to collect my food. The sandwiches were excellent. After reading some of the reviews I most comment that a BLT stands for bacon lettuce and tomato. So it is impossible to have a BLT with bacon. It’s just a BLT.

This is my favorite bagel place in the area. Their French toast bagels are wonderful. Except they usually run out within a couple hours of opening and they are often small and don't let them rise enough (believe it's called proofing).That's why I only gave 4 stars. Great flavored cream cheeses also.Never ordered any real food from here so I can't comment.Although I do get a sausage, egg, and cheese on roll from time to time which is also very good, if a little overpriced.All in all a 4 star place like I said.Very good but not the best on long island (which it would have to be to earn 5 stars from me).Also on a side note bagels are only $8.50A dozen Mon, Tues and I think Wed.Otherwise they are $12

Food was good. Service was good. Lots of seating. The place was clean. Enough parking. I would go there again.

I didn't get a bagel nor did I see the One and Only Bagel Lady. It was a quick stop for a coffee and light lunch. Nice. The next time visiting will be a new adventure. Maybe they have lox with onion bagels? I forgot to ask.If you like to cycle East towards Orient Point like I do, you will love this pit stop to cool down and fill your tank with good food.

Only bagel place i can find that has flavored butters and cream-cheeses like they do and with the variety that they do!

Yum! Great local place for breakfast, eggs, bagels and lunch. You can eat in but they handle a fast moving take out line also. Friendly, pleasant staff. They have a great variety of bagels, including mini bagels, but the mini bagels sell out early so...get there early if you want the mini size!

I live in Nassau County bit I always stop in The Bagel Lady Cafe every time I go out East to the wineries. I look forward to it and am never disappointed!!! The food is fantastic! I especially love the salads - all the ingredients are fresh and plentiful!!! The service is always friendly! It is a great little Cafe. I don’t think you will find a better place to eat!!!

Wish i could give 0 stars! the staff is rude and WAY too opinionated... the older gentleman behind the counter has a little too much to say if he doesn't agree with you on something, very unprofessional... one bad experience was enough for me let alone my friends who have stopped going after YEARS of putting up with it for the sake of keeping a local business afloat!

They can't get any lunch sandwich orders correct and def do not use common sense whilst making them. Breakfast has been great tho so I'll return for breakfast only.

I am SO disappointed to leave this review. I’ve been going to Bagel Lady literally my whole life—my mother and I’s Sunday tradition for years. I was told last week that Bagel Lady was sold to new owners, but that the previous owners were staying on during the transition...clearly not the case since I went today and gave our usual order but everything turned out just wrong. The workers I’m used to seeing were completely gone (were they fired?), and the bagels are NOT THE SAME. Bagel Lady used to be the best bagels out here. Now they are more like big rings of bread. I had a poppy bagel, and it was more like a kaiser roll, complete with the semolina on the bottom (bagels don’t have this). My mother had an everything bagel with 3 sesame seeds on it and mostly just onion. If you want donut-shaped fluffy rolls, go here. If you’re looking for bagels, this is not the place.

New owners, stale crumb cake, VERY slow service, Owners not friendly. Went two times, will not go back. only reason i gave them 1 star, because i had to.

So I got a blt with bacon and so I guess the grill was off so they microwaved it and it was super soggy . Also I SAID NO MAYONNAISE 2 TIMES and why it was on my sandwich? I don’t know

Had a cup of coffee, and a bagel. Service was prompt coffee was decent. Nothing to deter me from retuning. Very clean and comfortable environment.

On several occasions to this bagel store there is no counter person ready or on the register for quick pay for an easy dozen bagel order.. I ordered ahead of time over the phone they asked for my phone number, my name in my order... getting there 10 to 15 minutes later my order is not ready. I am the only one in the store because it's incredibly early, no reason for the delay. Waiting an extra 10m for my called in food (egg sandwich and home fries). On top of all that.. the portions are small and thin. Home fries small is actually a diet kids size.Only positive.. food is 7/10.But the service is appalling 3/10. 1 star is for the continuous failings.

This morning I was feeling hungry. I stopped in and ordered a whole wheat everything bagel with 2 eggs, sausage and cheese. It came out fast, hot and really delicious. The price was right for what I ordered and the quality was excellent. You should visit this bagel lady anytime you're passing through this neighborhood for breakfast.

The sandwiches and salads here are really very good. But I was terribly let down by the bagels. Just not up to par, too yeasty and strangely flavorless. Stick to the salads though, and you will not be disappointed!

Bagels are great! Service could be faster and prices are a bit outrageous as they are a cash only business. Female Employees are friendly so, but seems like they rush each customer along and yet also move independently slow. All in all - would recommend this eatery as a go-to for local WR bagel lovers :)

I have been coming here for years on the weekends and the service and the food wasn't always that great. But I went in today and the food was absolutely delicious. It was hot and I got my food in a timely manner .Whatever they did to change things up is great and I hope they don't change it.

Very pricey. Decent selection. Food flavor was basic, nothing special.

Very disappointed in new owners ..prices skyrocketed ..but worse the quality has declined ..bagels are different ..today had no hole in it ..blueberries in muffins are not fresh anymore and muffins are small ..almost all the old staff is gone .very disappointing 😩

They move like tortoises stuck in quick sand. 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches to be made.

I love their bagels. I hate their service. I’ve been going there for years because their bagels were so good. However, almost every time (and I’m not hyperbolizing) they reversed orders or left items out. Every time they messed up the order, we’d call and they’d tell us the next sandwich was free. It became so often that my wife and I started feeling awkward reminding them who we were and that this order was supposed to be free, we’ve ultimately stopped going to them. Pleasing their customers is not the priority.
